The dealer or end customer may contact us and let us know of a defect in the parts or workmanship of the product. Our warranty does not cover damage in shipping. The dealer or end customer will need to send back the individual defective part at their cost. Once the item is received and determined to have a workmanship or product defect, a new part will be shipped at our cost.
